(Video) How Ink Is Made

Making ink is an art that requires craftsmanship and care

Every wonder where all of that beautiful colour comes from when some printer spits out one of your designs? Well, this marvellous video takes us into the heart of an ink factory to show us first hand.
Set to Alfred Brendel’s lyrical Piano Concerto No.5 in E flat major, it shows the process from top to bottom.

It’s long (8:52 sec – but very interesting)

Yasen – Vector art from Bulgaria

– Sofia, Bulgaria,

Yasen was connected to Vectorvault in the MySpace universe. With over 2100 “friends”, Vectorvault is but one fan of this talented illustrator’s vibrant and electric style.

Colors seem to take on a whole new persona in Yasen‘s work. Smooth blues and emerald greens are scooped up by thick walls of black. Shapes and characters seem to overlap with ease.

Many Anchorpoint members have asked about this artist. Enough to lead us back to a few of his more impressive albums. If you are a MySpace member we urge you to reach out and introduce yourself to the artist of Yasen.
