Unveiled at Comicon 2022 in San Diego, these magical stones (valued at $25M US) were showcased in a custom Infinity Gauntlet display. The reception from fans and collectors was extremely exciting. No one was expecting to see these magical objects in reality. But that’s exactly what comic book fans got. By all accounts it was one of the convention’s highlights.
As an old school Creative Director, Marvel storylines and folklore are programmed into my DNA. The opportunity to participate in this project with two incredible brands like this is a dream come true. Together, they have built a bridge between fantasy and reality.

To mark the ten year anniversary of Omar receiving the prestigious MBE award from (then) Prince Charles on behalf of the Queen, digital creators NFT Nat and Vectorvault presented the artist with this keepsake. The 10″ Infinite Objects video frame contains an animated certificate marking the occasion (June 16, 2012). As a member of the most excellent order of the British Empire, Omar is beloved by his countrymen and fans around the world alike.
This week I turned 50. The day after my birthday, I took a stroll down memory lane. I revisited projects that I had forgotten and refreshed my memory with the stories behind each. I tweeted 50 stand out projects one at a time and then collected them into this post.

When I was a kid, I collected comics. The Secret Wars series was a storyline that crossed over into all of the Marvel titles. Brilliant marketing at the time, because it forced you to explore other characters. Years later, the Marvel Universe is well understood by an entire generation.
My younger brother has a PHD in this subject. So, when I left home to move to the big city, I left him my comic book collection. It spawned a magnificent catalogue of comics that just blows me away. He is a true collector.
He returned this comic to me on my 40th birthday, so on his 40th, I made him this:
